This place is always as good as I want it to be! My food is always scorching hot! No, seriously. I burned my tongue because I was starving and kept eating. The sauce must have something in it because when I tell you I am addicted to it and must get it on everything, it is THAT good!

I came here the other day after hearing great things but reading mixed reviews!

I am a sucker for pulled pork sandwiches and gave their pork shoulder sandwich a try and it was delicious! Their coleslaw has a great bite to it and really adds to the sandwich considering the bread can get a little soggy. I mean it is just white bread.

The BBQ sauce is not overly sweet but very tangy. This is the same sauce that comes with the fries and considering I am a wimp when it comes to spice (and this place is called Hot Sauce Williams) I opted for sauce on the side. This cost an additional $0.85. Next time, I would give the sauce on top of the fries because they aren't the same without them!
I tried the polish boy which was pretty great but my pork shoulder sandwich was the winner in my book.

The customer service was straight forward but warm, and I got my food quick! They have one table but this is definitely a place where you grab your food, get home, and GRUB.

Parking was fairly easy just be aware of the potholes.

I will definitely be returning to try the ribs!

Hot Sauce Williams is one of my go-to restaurants whenever I am in the Cleveland area. I am a bit sad that the main location closed down (the one featured on Man v. Food). I was a bit curious to see if they would have the same taste as the original restaurant. This location is a bit different from the original, being that they only have one "table" to sit and eat it. With that being said we decided to eat in the car. The food looked exactly like the other location, so I was happy about that. And to my surprise it is the same amazing fried chicken recipe. I absolutely love their fried chicken, if they had a location in Columbus I would be there weekly! The sides are just okay, I had the fries and it automatically comes with coleslaw. The sauce has a little kick, but not too spicy. I always get my sauce on the side because I am not the biggest fan of spicy foods. They shorted me a thigh, but when we went back in they apologized and gave me my missing piece without any pushback. The customer service was actually good, that is why it is essential not to judge a book by it's cover. Fried Chicken (1-5=5), Fries (1-5=2) and I didn't even bother to try the coleslaw.

    They changed the sauce.
My friends and I used to go here in the 1980's when wings were .25.
    Clean location.
Slow service, lacks preparation when it's dinner time. If the employees wasn't taking containers of food home, maybe it would be food prepared.
Place needs a manager, a lot of people just standing and looking, while someone other than just 1 person that don't know how to take orders and cashier too.
Cashier is very slow and makes a lot of mistakes.
